Brakey,

Percussion/Pit
I got such a kick finding this website and reading up on everyone!
I hope you all are healthy and happy, I'd love to hear from you
sometime. Let's see, after graduating from Union, I went to the
University of Texas at Austin and graduated from their film school
in 1992. That November, I moved to Los Angeles and started my
career as an editor on feature films, which I'm still doing and
enjoying. If you want to see what I've been working on, my resume
is at http://home.comcast.net/~rbrakey.
If you can believe it, I started dating Alyssa Boots in 2000
and we were married on August 31, 2003. We're expecting our first
child in February 2006 and we're both very excited about it!
Currently we live in Venice, California, and we ride our bikes
on the beach a lot.

I'm studying music now at CSU-Pueblo.
I am on scholarship plaing French Horn, I'm also playing Jazz guitar,
I'm in the choir, and I'm learning Piano. Music is so much fun,
I can't beleive they're actually paying me to have this
much fun. I have been married to my lovely wife Anna since March
19, 2006. We are expecting our first child
just before Christmas this year. We are very excited to meet
Kason Robert Cole. Other than that, I have been
playing weekly for the Praise team at Rocky Mountain Family Church
(rmfchurch.com) and I was just recently
employed as a security officer. Well that's all the news I have
right now, so I hope all of you are doing good.
I'll check back in soon.

I finally got married to my high
school sweetheart, Brad Baker, on May 14, 2004. After 6 1/2 years we
finally made it official. I just graduated with my MBA from OSU and
got a job in Tulsa as an operations analyst. Its a challenging job
but I love it because I am able to use my engineering undergraduate
education with general business. For those of you who know Brad, he
is about to finish his certified flight instructor rating so he will
be able to teach people how to fly soon. After he does that for a few
years to build up his hours, he will move on to become a commercial
pilot (airlines or corporate). However, his dream is to fly war birds
so hopefully he can do that someday in Tulsa. We have gone through
a lot in the past two months with graduating, moving, getting married,
and starting new jobs but I love it. I have recently talked to a few
people who graduated in 1998...Nicole Salamon and Stephanie Hobbs both
got married in May as well. Nicole is living in Conneticut and Stephanie
is in Tulsa. Well, keep in touch!
July 2006 - Things are going well in the Baker household. We bought our first house in November and couldn't be happier. I am still working as an business analyst and Brad is a flight instructor at Riverside. Nothing much more to report.

I am at OSU studding to be a civil engineer. I am in my fourth of
five years at the university. I steal live in the dorms, 13th floor
of Willham South, ah lucky 13. I steel hang out with Wesley Kinsler,
you know the annoying kid who played the trombone. He and I are rebuilding
a old gas engine, along with Ken Parker, and we are also working
on a new way of recording sound in a completely analog format(it
should be ready to hit stores in about 1 million years at our current
pace). I enjoy watching mens basketball and wrestling(college not
pro), but after being in the band it was to hard to be a regular
fan at the game, so I am proud to announce that I am the founder
and president of the OSU Paddle People(OPP), which is an organization
that hits the front wall of the stadium during football games. So
all you alumni out their look me up next time you are in Stillwater,
I might let you take a few swings during a game.

Well,
I changed jobs in June, so I thought I should update.
I'm now working at my church, Kirk of the Hills. I am the liaison
for our financial assistance program and
I provide support for the business manager, music director,
event coordinator and one of the pastors. Keeps me pretty busy,
but I love it.
Still living with Lindsay
Crochet, which means that nobody has managed to get a ring
on my finger yet. I also still hang out with Jacquelyn
and Michael Steele. Besides work,
I spend my time in a small group Bible study with a few other
20-somethings, leading a 10th grade girls Bible study and
I just joined a gym. Of course, I still spend time reading
and working on various artsy projects and watching movies,
too. God has blessed me abundantly.
I got married August 5, 2006 to Jonathan Knott, a kicker for the footbal team, graduated in 99. We live in BA and
are expecting our first child in March.
I'm still working at my church, but I've changed positions. I'm now the missions assistant.

In the summer of 2004 I graduated from OSU with a MA
in English (with a specialization in TESOL - Teaching English to Speakers
of Other Languages). Since then I have been teaching at Shantou University
in SE China. Shantou is in Guangdong province, near the special administrative
regions of Hong Kong and Macau. Teaching abroad has been a rewarding
experience for many reasons. One of the smaller perks has been having
time to explore China and SE Asia. This winter holiday I am going to
spend some time traveling in both China (Xian, Shanghai, Hong Kong)
and Thailand. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying life.
I returned home from China in summer of 2006. Living abroad was a wonderful experience and I do have plans to return in the future. For now, I am living and working in Pasadena, California. I teach English/ ESL at two area colleges and look forward to beginning school again (for a second MA) in the near future.

Basically chillin' and workin'. Still teaching 4th grade
(this is my 3rd year) in Houston, Tx. I'm loving it! Got a new boyfriend
now, the last one was trash!!!!! My parents decided to join the bandwagon
and leave Tulsa, and come to Houston. I'm sure my ugly little sister
will follow when she graduates from OSU. That'a about it. Holla at
me!!!

I did not realize that it
has been almost a year since I updated this bio. I was excited
to hear about the retirement party/reunion for Mr. Barnett in May.
I was planning to attend, but a death in the family prevented me
from going. I was really bummed that I didnât get to go.
I heard it was a blast.
My husband
and I are having lots of fun here in Red Raider Country.
We were planning on moving to the Denton or DFW area
in January or February when Cory finished his Masters
degree, but he ran into an awesome opportunity to be
an administrator for a home health agency here in Lubbock.
We are extremely happy here, but we would like to be
a little close to our families. Tulsa is 8 hours from
here and his parents are 4 hours from here. As far as
my work goes, I have gone back to doing relief work for
United because I like the variety of floating. I got
tired of being in the same place all the time.
The only
exciting thing that I have to tell is that I just got back
from 2 weeks in Uruguay. I went horseback riding up the
coast of Uruguay, all the way to Brazil with Boojum Expeditions,
an adventure travel company. It was the best vacation I
have ever had. My only regret is that I left my husband
at home. I went on this trip with my friend Dena from Tulsa.
I knew this vacation would be incredible, but I had no
idea how fabulous the people of Uruguay are and how much
their country has to offer. I highly recommend the Uruguay
Trip through Boojum.
Merry Christmas!!

Hi everyone... it seems it has been ages since I have
even thought about high school. I didn't know this web-site existed
until I was just poking around on the computer today. I live in New
Haven, CT, which is where I moved after graduating from OU. I work
at Yale doing clinical research for Alzheimer's Disease and I was married
on May 15, 2004 to a wonderful man I met here named Ben. We'll be moving
soon to wherever he gets into medical school and I plan on working
during that time. I'd like to go back to school, part-time, in a few
years to become a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant. I feel
so nostalgic writing here and I hope there is a chance I will be able
to see some of you when I am home for the holidays. If you have the
time, feel free to e-mail me, I would love to hear from you! :)

Hmmm... let's see... when we
last left off I was just moving into a new house, yada yada. I
now have a 7 month old lil baby girl named Ellee, and she's the
cutest baby on earth. Ever. No, seriously. Ever.
Career wise: I'm a producer/designer/art
director, doing motion and broadcast design for national
networks (mtv, hbo, espn, abc, time warner, etc), film titles,
etc. I also still do audio production and interactive/web
work as well. Hope everyone is doing well...

Hello all! I didn't even know
this was here until Kristin Lindstrom told me about it! Shows you how
much I keep up! Not much going on with me. I graduated from OU in 2002
with my Bachelor's in Business Administration and Advertising. I was
supposed to take a job with an advertising firm in San Diego, but family
illness sent me back to Tulsa. I spent the first year and a half back
here bartending and just taking it easy. I now work for an oil and
gas company in their marketing department (for those of you that know
me, I know I always said I would never get into this industry! Just
goes to show, never say never!). I am planning on going back to school
part-time to obtain my cosmetology license and then it's off to flight
school. Sounds weird, but I just want to learn everything! I am currently
not seeing anyone, as the last person I was seeing ended in tragedy.
I do have two little people who have become my life, my neice and nephew.
Thanks to my younger brother I have children to spoil! Mallory is 3
and Andrew is 20 months! The best thing about them is that I can spoil
them to death and then send them home with Mom! :)
I would love to hear from everyone! Seems like highschool was a hundred
years ago and I very rarely run into anyone anymore. Maybe all of
the rest of you got out of Tulsa! :) Take care and best wishes.

Itâs been about year
since I did an update, so I thought it might be about time. Not much
has changed in the last year. I am still living with my brother in
Bixby and loving it. We got each otherâs backs so that makes
it nice!
I am attending NSU in Broken Arrow, majoring in Elementary Education,
and am on track to do my full internship in Spring 2006 and then
graduate in May 2006. I am so excited!!! I can finally see the end
of school! :) Then I will get to still go to school, but Iâll
be the teacher instead of the student!
I am still working as a server at Chiliâs and loving it! It
is a good job that I enjoy where I make some good money!!! What more
could you ask for?!
Still no significant other, but that is ok with me. When I find ãthe
oneä
I will know it, until then the single life is ok with me! I stay
pretty busy with school and work anyways.
I miss going to OSU, but I still cheer for them like crazy! Lucas,
Bobik, T.C., Stevie, Joey, Ivan, and Jameson... those are my boys!!!
GO POKES!!! Big 12 Champs!!! :)
Well, I guess that is all I got for this update... hope everyone
is doing good in their lives! Take care! GO POKES!!! ~Sara~
